1. Room Rates

**Rates per person per night in USD.

**SINGLE (one adult in the room) / DOUBLE (two adults in the room) / TRIPLE (three adults in the room), according to the occupancy you choose the rates on each column are reflecting what each guest will pay.

Please note that:

**Minors from 13 years old and older pay adult rate.

**Minors from 0 to 2 stay free sharing rooms with their parents.

**Minors from 3 to 12 pay child rate sharing room with their parents.

**Maximum occupancy 2 adults + 2 children (0 to 12 years) or 3 adults + 1 child (0 to 12 years).

**Minimum stay of 3 nights required.

**Special Group rates have been provided for this group and can only be applied to book using the booking method directly with the resort groups department.

**Rooms are not blocked until each reservation has paid the first 300 usd deposit; therefore, the rooms are subject to availability at the moment of booking.

 

1. DEPOSIT POLICY:

• Payment 1: In order to guarantee each reservation $300.00 payment, this must be paid upon making each reservation.

• Payment 2: 31 days prior arrival, each guest must pay the rest of their stay, a final request for payment will be sent to each guest in order to recollect final payment, which should be placed no later than 30 days prior arrival.

• Is important that by 30 days prior arrival all rooms should be paid in full.

 

Payments can be made via:

 

Credit Card: A payment link will be programmed for your individual credit card payments. Please make sure you confirm with your bank if they apply any fees, the hotel does not apply any fees.

2. CANCELATION POLICY:

• Up to 31 days prior arrival rooms can be cancelled without penalty.

• 30 nights prior the group arrival: Complete cancellation will result in total charge for the entire stay.

 

3. ATTRITION POLICY:

• Up to 31 days: Room modifications will be allowed without penalty. Always and when minimum stay remains with 3 nights.

• 30 days prior the group arrival: No reductions will be allowed and any modification to decrease their room revenue will apply full penalty.

 

We will be honoring these rates and availability until January 20th, 2026.
